Frequently Asked Questions

We specialize in residential properties such as single-family homes, condos, and townhouses. We also do commercial, lot, and land photography and videography. 

The time frames are listed to every service or package to allow you to plan your day accordingly. Typically all the production can be completed with 2 hours or less for most services. 

Once we have completed your production, we will send them via email in a link for you to immediately download them and start posting on your MLS or social media platform. 

No problem! Please let your photographer know what additional services you will need during or before your shoot. All of our Photographers have Point-of-sale access available on hand to add on extra services during a session. Be sure to have your credit card handy during the shoot for any additional add-ons. The services add-ons will be completed during your appointment. 

We would prefer to have the realtor present at the location to give us full access to the property during our sessions. We can work with a representative from your agency if you wish or someone you entrust with your listing. 

All of our photos will be in Jpeg High Resolution 16 Mega Pixels or in your preferred format. All of our video will be shot in 4k and edited and rendered in the same scope. Videos may also be formatted for Social Media usage.
